How Ping-U works?

To Send:
Click “SEND” on your Ping-U App
Choose your desired “Ping-U Pickup Point Location”
Key-in Recipient details
Select your Service type
And drop off your parcel at any Ping-U Point

To Collect:
Click “COLLECT” on your Ping-U App
Choose your desired “Ping-U Pickup Point Location” to book a slot
Copy the generated “User ID in full & Address”
Paste the information as your shipping name and address onto the E-Commerce Website you are shopping from

p.s. Don’t worry about your parcel labels, get them printed at our Ping-U Point where you are dropping your parcels off.
